Joe is the owner and head coach of CrossFit Love, in Philadelphia. His strength and conditioning facility breeds success through consistently evolving strength and conditioning principals, the demand for hard-work, and a team environment. The gym is a no frills, no thrills establishment who’s major concern is real world results. He brings passion, knowledge and vast experience along with the insatiable appetite to see you succeed. If you are willing to learn, work, and grow . . . you won’t find many like him.

 He attended The Pennsylvania State University where he received an undergraduate degree with a B.A. in Telecommunications. Since 2007, he has been a trainer within the CrossFit community and in early 2009 he became the 1000th CrossFit affiliate. For almost 10 years, he has worked with some of the world's best strength and conditioning coaches. Now his social media marketing and branding skills have made him a household name within the CrossFit community. And you can certainly always find him encouraging others to "Get Some."
